Cash flow & major goals
Evaluate reserves, mortgage-payoff decisions, major purchases, education goals, and investments held outside UAA.
Retirement & income
Consider retirement timing, Social Security, withdrawal needs, and the role of different account types.
Family & beneficiaries
Review beneficiary designations, account ownership, and how investment accounts coordinate with your trust. We help complete appropriate account changes.
Changing circumstances
Assist surviving spouses, beneficiaries, and people acting under powers of attorney with relevant account and distribution questions, coordinating with attorneys or CPAs as needed.

Understand what is included.
Financial planning for advisory clients is included at no additional planning fee. Retirement-income planning, Social Security analysis, and Roth conversion planning are part of that offering.
For a complete planning engagement, the agreed scope includes a meeting, recommendations, projections, and a financial plan. The coordinated initial Clarity Review has a more limited scope and includes a review based on the information you share.
Professional coordination
Financial decisions often cross professional boundaries.
Your attorney handles legal documents and legal advice. Your CPA handles professional tax advice and return preparation. Insurance and long-term-care assistance are provided through Alliance America, a separate firm connected to UAA through common individual ownership.
UAA considers how those decisions affect your investments and financial plan. Any account authority, service obligations, and fees are defined by the engagement; reviewing outside assets does not mean UAA manages them.
