    The starting point

Understand the job your money has to do.

    01

    Your priorities

We discuss your goals, income needs, planned withdrawals, liquidity, and the risks you are prepared to accept.

    02

    Your existing picture

Current holdings, other accounts, tax considerations, and reasonable investment restrictions help inform the strategy.

    03

    Your investment mix

We consider allocation, diversification, costs, and appropriate vehicles, including ETFs, mutual funds, and fixed-income investments.

    Ongoing management

    A strategy needs attention.

    Monitor. Evaluate. Adjust.

We review allocations and holdings alongside changes in your circumstances. When rebalancing is appropriate, we consider taxes, transaction costs, liquidity, and your objectives.

The advisory agreement defines our authority. In a discretionary relationship, investment decisions and trades may be made within the agreed mandate without individual transaction approval. In a non-discretionary relationship, client approval is required before execution.

    Clarity about the relationship

Understand the costs and the risks.

Your advisory fee is only one part of the cost picture. Investment-product expenses and applicable third-party or account charges may also apply. We encourage you to understand both the services provided and the total cost.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Diversification and rebalancing do not guarantee a profit or prevent a loss.
